Shipping + Return Policies

At Vein of Gold we do our best to ensure that your purchases are exactly what you wanted, but understand that sometimes we change our minds on things. However, as a small business with a small team, we have set parameters in the return process. These frameworks vary depending on what channel we're working with, which you'll find below: 


We are willing to provide more information (measurements, images) of online / Instagram items to avoid unnecessary contributions to carbon emissions produced by shipping - so please feel free to contact us if needed.

We will accept returns for store credit only if contacted and post marked within 7 days of item delivery date as shown by delivery carrier. All items must be returned in an unused and unwashed state, with our tags intact. 

Beauty Products, Home Goods, Undergarments, Vintage + Sale Items are Final Sale / Not Eligible for return.

To make a return request:

1. Contact us at with "RETURN" in the subject line, within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your contact information, order number and situation.

2. Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipments, please send your package to: 6517 N Interstate Ave, Portland OR 97217.

Vein of Gold is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured.  


For general consignment items, we accept returns up to 7 days of purchase for store credit only. Items must be in original condition, with tags attached.

Beauty Products, Home Goods, Vintage + Sale Items are Final Sale / Not Eligible for return.

COVID 19 DISCLAIMER: Due to Covid-19, carriers are experiencing significant delays and we are unable to guarantee delivery dates and windows. If you do not receive your package 2 weeks from the ship date, please contact us and we will start a claim with the carrier.

If you find something you want online and want to order it for pick-up, you're in luck! Select Pick-Up at checkout to waive the shipping cost. You will receive an email when your order is ready, and we are available for curbside pick up during normal business hours. Please note that curbside orders are subject to the store return policy which is store credit/exchange only.
