The "Pocomania" dress by Jamaican designer Rachel Scott of Diotima. This gorgeous striped cotton dress has a very slight drop waist, and a very sweet handstitched detail at the chest and at the bottom of the full, pleated skirt. Two pockets. We love the brown with black piping.
